Shipment Stuck in 'Transit' for Over 2 Months

Hi everyone,

One of my shipments has been in transit for over 2 months now. I’ve opened few cases, but each time I get a new reason and a new date — then the case is closed as “answered.” Still no real update, whether it's delayed or lost.

Has anyone else dealt with something like this recently?

Any tips on how to escalate this properly?

@Roberto_Amazon @Quincy_Amazon @Danny_Amazon @Troy_Amazon @Tatiana_Amazon @Rose_Amazon @Dominic_Amazon @Jameson_Amazon @Dougal_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon @Ricardo_Amazon @Jameson_Amazon @Charly_Amazon @Tiff_Amazon @Micah_Amazon @CR_Amazon

Would really appreciate some help in looking into this

Shipment ID: FBA18TQ4R8W3

Case IDs: 17617478941, 17521696961

Thank You!

Hello @Seller_2m5dZLVqEyKzO Thank you for checking in about Shipment ID: FBA18TQ4R8W3.

When an FBA shipment is delayed in transit, the reconciliation date may be extended to allow for additional updates. I do not have a path to expedite the reconciliation process, but please check back if there are no additional updates for three months and I can request an additional review.

Hi ZeeKay,

I just created a new post regarding the same issue:

"Over the past six months, we’ve experienced significant delays with LTL shipments sent via Amazon's preferred carriers. Transit and check-in times at fulfillment centers have routinely exceeded one month.

To put this in perspective, it takes us less time to ship full containers from Asia to the Port of Los Angeles or Long Beach and have them checked in at our 3PL warehouse in Southern California.

Meanwhile, these delays have led to growing stockouts, resulting in lost sales, lost revenue, and a declining Inventory Performance Index (IPI).

We assume other sellers may be facing similar challenges. If so, we’d greatly appreciate hearing your experiences or any suggestions you might have for mitigating these issues"
