It's NOT Hazmat!
I've gone through multiple cases, chats, phone calls, product was categorized hazmat. Submitted SDS and exemption form showing: NOT considered dangerous goods. Amazon keeps closing the case saying "thank you, product is now classified as dangerous good (hazmat) I just keep going in circles with the support team. It's been weeks - this is an itty bitty 10ml bottle that is Non Bulk hence NOT regulated by DOT. We have quoted the regulations but they keep ignoring! (CURRENT Case ID 14980680161)
Frustrated! Open to suggestions....

Yes, it may not have TRANSPORT restrictions, but does the unit have STORAGE restrictions on the MSDS sheet?

i'm having the EXACT same problem. been weeks, same exact as you. my SDS shows NOT HAZMAT everywhere. No restrictions. amazon just keeps closing my case "thanks, this product is hazmat" NO IT ISNT! It is beyond frustrating.

Its not you we sell brake rotors and brake pads and every once in a while I get a hazmat flag Brake Rotors and Pads have 0 Hazmat. Oddly it only happens once is a great while and only on a return that is opened and it is not on all listings. There is something in Amazon's system that triggers it on occasions. Crazy but Support has not answers at all for it. Its a Glitch somewhere in Amazon's system

You should also check the California Prop 65 list as well. Could be as simple as adding a warning label.
But then again, I remember when all of my Candle MOLDS were giving pesticide restrictions. So, who knows what the bots are flagging these days.

Seller support has noticeably declined over the past four years. I'm puzzled as to why I keep getting assigned to Indian representatives, as I frequently overhear their family conversations or even the sounds of chickens in the background :))) In the end, the case gets transferred to a specialist, who then sends a generic, copy-and-paste response before promptly closing the case :(

I am working on getting a DVDs reinstated. The title: "Sex, Lies and Videotape". It has been classified as pornography by the bots. I am waiting my appeal at getting the DVDs back on and the mark against my account removed.
