Is there a UK team that can help with Amazon Sellers with reporting unfair conduct.
Just wondering if there is support for UK sellers that feel they are being unfairly treated by Amazon- When it comes to them holding disbursements. I had to pay £500 to Small Claims Court- now called "make a court Claim For Money" got my 12k back but I was going to continue the claim to also get my court fees back and interest-Amazons UK lawyer wanted me to sign a document (basically a gag order) in return for paying the court fees. I think I would rather present the case to someone in parliament or can that do something about Amazon and what it is doing to UK business.
Mine was a large amount so worth fighting for but it makes me wonder how many sellers out there just walked away and let Amazon keep the money hiding behind their terms and conditions. Its one thing to kick a seller off the platform, its their platform and they can do with it what they choose, but to keep the money that a seller has in good faith generated now that I feel should be illegal.

No team or complaints department that I know of - there are often posts from sellers asking about a Complaints department.
Well done on your successful small claims case, and yes, do pursue the costs etc. Unfortunately Amazon can just ride roughshod over we sellers.
Way back at the beginning of the year when many us had to prove our establishment in UK for VAT purposes, even though many of us only ever had a UK account are never sold elsewhere, the government Small Business Commissioner was involved Liz Barclay - check out the OSBC. Good luck.

OOPs might have upset Amazon they just suspended my seller account- There goes the quarter 4 sales. Ill look on the bright side they probably were going to wait until I was at my peak in December and then did it. One day they might realise they have alienated too many sellers and they might improve their support.
