Business Buying on Amazon - WARNING
Like many, you may have an Amazon Business Buying Accounts. Be warned after the 30 day return period, it now seems that there is NO warranty on items, via an Amazon return.
I have 2 items, just over 30 days old, requested to return as defective. Amazon Business Customer Services informed they now have to transfer to another Department. They then say it is over 30 days, and contact the manufacturer (both non known brands in China, so basically bin the item). Told items cannot be returned to Amazon, and then rudely just end the Live Chat within a fraction of a second.
I tried again, and it must be Amazon policy as exactly the same thing happened. I had similar a week or so ago with an item that was illegal. (All said they were human, as I thought AI Robots).
VERY rude, so as it seems designed by Amazon, I am sure if you sell FBA, all those Business Buyers that they were trying so hard to obtain until recently, will not buy again.
I will not be buyng anything again from Amazon Business that I cannot afford just to throw away. So, anything electronic in any way won't be bought any longer, and I'm sure other Business Buyers will do the same. Even if something else though, probably not worth the risk, unless very low cost. (I am also returning as many items bought in the last 30 days to avoid an issue in the future).
As not a Private Consumer, the only way forward is via a Credit Card claim. Or, to take Amazon to Court.
Anyone know if anything similar happening on Amazon (non-Business Account)?
By law, cannot just fob Consumer people off to contact a manufacturer and now nearly all non-known pretend brands anyway!

I must admit that I never considered that changing my account to a business account might have those drawbacks. The availability of invoices was the main advantage as I could see it so I changed a long time ago, probably first week they became available.
That aside, I've never had any issues and I buy a lot for personal use, some business use. But now I'm worried!
I do have a personal account as well which I rarely use as the advantage of having prime makes me use the business account mostly, even for personal purchases.
