Need buyer email address to send parcel, but Amazon blocks them!

How do I send a parcel that requires a buyer email address?

I have messaged buyers to send them to me, but Amazon then blocks them, so I can't see.

How do I ship the parcel without the email (especially internationally where it is required for customs purposes.

On a similar thread, somebody said there was an Amazon email address under 'Unshipped orders' but I can't see anything anywhere. Why does Amazon make this so complicated?

Any advice appreciated, otherwise I'll have to stop using the site, which would be a shame .

Thanks :)

I am guessing it depends on which carrier you are using. I use Yodel for some of mine (I only sell in UK) and I simply put my own email address ! - maybe not right, but it gets round the problem

If you use RM (which I do for any overseas) then they don't ask for buyers email, as far as I recall.

If you haven't marked the order as shipped. you will find an e-mail address for the buyer under - Order Reports - Unshipped Orders. Download the report.

It's an Amazon e-mail address, but it suffices.

Don't know if this is only available to those on a Pro plan.

Failing that the age old work around is to use your e-mail address. Never heard of an e-mail address being a requirement for Customs.

I send three or four orders overseas every week with Royal Mail and have never needed buyer's email address.

It would be great if Amazon gave us shoppers email addresses but the spam would be completely out of control! We would all have 100k+ mailing lists.

use your own email, it is the tel number that counts for most deliveries any way.
