Downloading all invoices

I usually go to REPORTS > TAX DOCUMENT LIBRARY to download my Amazon invoices and use this to reconcile my accounts.

Today I saw a link to a new area, "Amazon Ads" which contain additional invoices specifically for Amazon advertising.

Can I just clarify these are separate invoices. They are not available to download or are not combined in the TAX DOCUMENT LIBRARY?
