Product video rejected due to medical advice?

Hi,

My product information/features video got rejected twice whilst the other, similar product's video got approved.

The video provides medical advice, negatively refers to professional medical advice, or makes false medical claims

My video is of hijabs, nothing to do with medicine, advice or any medical-related information.

we had this on a Video and it transpired the issue was a recycled logo.

So annoyingly you aren’t necessarily looking for medical advice.

Problem now is getting someone to tell you what the issue is. It took us about 6 weeks. And before you ask, whatever it is causing the issue, you’ll have to remove it.
