How can I request Amazon to return my stock to me
Hi there,
I have been selling onlne for years, usually through my own eCommerce websites successfully where i create normally onne product stores.
I thought i would dip my toes in the pool of Amazon and see if i could make it work, but it has been the worst experience I have ever had. An absolute Nightmare.
They have lost 100 units of my product valued at £1,000, and so far after 1 months trading I am negative £300+.
Does anyone know how I can request my goods to be returned from Amazon to me, as I would rather take my chances selling my products on my own store and paying for google, facebook and tiktok ads, rather than pay Amazon to advertise my products on their platform.
Any help would be much appreciated.

When were the products lost were they lost on receipt or at a later point?
Were the products Small and Light FBA or standard FBA?
Were the products prepped correctly with FNSKU labels or did they have manufacturers barcodes on them?
If you look at your FBA inventory and click down on the available quantity does it show any items as unfulfillable or researching?
Sorry for so many questions but probably need a bit more info to work out what has happened to the stock and to see if you can get a reimbursement
Any products you still have in stock you can request for them to be returned to you. You can request a removal order which starts at 25p an item. On the edit button in your inventory click on the down arrow and choose Create Removal Order

If its an exact number like 100 out of 200 then have they been counted as 2 units together?
