SSA is using USPS Ground Advantage even though Ground Advantage is not enabled on the shipping template

Seller Support Case ID: 17213972511

Example Order ID: 111-0810625-2398601

ASIN: B0C95GBGYP

We have Ship Settings Automation enabled on our shipping template with specific carriers and services selected that we want Amazon to use to calculate the delivery promise to our customers. Those carriers and services are: Amazon Shipping Ground, UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail.

We had a terrible time with USPS Ground Advantage in our area so we excluded it from the list of services in the SSA template associated with this ASIN several weeks ago. However, Amazon continues to frequently use USPS Ground Advantage to calculate the delivery promise to the customer.

Seller Support has no clue how to respond to this. As you can imagine, they have answered every imaginable question regarding SSA and AHT except why Amazon is using a service to calculate delivery time that I have not enabled in my template. I have gone back and forth with them a half dozen times or more, and I am no closer to an answer (a little closer to insanity though).

Has anybody else experienced this? Is there a solution to this?
