user can't access 1099k
I'm trying to give one of our users access to our 1099K statements. But this is what he sees after he logs in. It's showing that the docs are "hidden":
The user *does* have Edit rights to the Tax Document Library. I even temporarily gave him access to ALL reports and even tried to make him a Global Admin, but it's still showing the same thing.
What else can I do to make sure he's able to view/download the 1099K statement?
