Hijacked Listing - Remove Reviews
discussion.i recently had one of my listings hijacked. I got the other seller removed after a couple of days. I've now had one negative review and one negative rating. The review was definitely from the other seller, although can't be sure about the rating.
Is it possible to get these removed, if so how?

Hi @Seller_CaLuDGa8aUCi3,
Buyers can share reviews for any product on Amazon, even if they didn't purchase it directly from you or through Amazon's site. As long as they have an account with at least one prior Amazon purchase, their review is allowed.
Amazon welcomes both "Verified Purchase" reviews as well as those from other sources, as they aim to provide an open space for product review. The reviews don't necessarily have to be from purchases made through you or other Amazon sellers.
Unless there's a clear policy violation, Amazon typically won't remove external reviews. You can check their guidelines on acceptable reviews here: Customer product reviews
Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions! Thanks, Ezra
