Safe-T claim denied.
Customer requested a return as DVD I had supplied was scratched and would not play. Amazon refunded and sent return label, but DVD returned was not the one I had sent it was a different title - made in Korea!! I would have thought this was a clear fraud case for me to be refunded but denied with no explanation.
