Stranded Inventory Has Created An Automatic Removal Order and they are disposing of 237 sellable units that I want returning not Disposing!
First of all thanks for looking at my question.
I currently have an Amazon automatic removal order for the "Dispose" of 237 sellable unit and I need to CHANGE to Return to seller. But it isn't cancelling the order.
After 2 and a half months if there are products for example have an ip complaint that cannot be removed (even though in this instance I beleive it to be invalid which I am fighting with a lawyer) the units become stranded and are not fulfilable. Then when 2 and a half months are over they will automatically remove them. I was previously told just in case this happens without me noticing to change the setting in "Fulfilment by amazon" to enable "return to me' which i did under "Automated fulfilable settings" but under "Automated unfulfillable settings" this was left as dispose here which i was not told by the Amazon reporesentative to do.
Anyway there are two best out comes here:
1. I would like to be able to cancel the removal order since the units DON't show as "Disposed" yet and are in "PENDING" state.
2. Return them back to me - All settings for the "Automated unfulfillable settings" & "Automated fulfilable settings" have now been set to "Enabled" and correct address added to "Return" to me
Please help, otherwise I know the address of the warehouse and I will have to go down to find the products for myself as its 45minutes from me. If there is anyway the warehouse can be called if it cant be cancelled and ask them what there doing with them as this could be a significant £6000 loss to me if they are not shipped back to me for resale
