Certificate of Conformity (GCC) product images
Ask Amazon support team for help and reply.
We recently appealed Test report from an ISO 17025 approved lab, General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) and product images for our flagged ASINs but got rejected.
the reason is
“We are unable to move forward with the approval process of your product until the following compliance requirements are submitted.
Amazon’s policies require that products containing button or coin batteries sold in the Amazon store meet specified certification standards. To sell these products on Amazon, you must apply and submit the following:
• Images showing product model/item number, relevant safety information, compliance markings, hazard warnings, and all sides of the product packaging;
• Product images as evidence of compliance with the following:
i) Precautionary labeling statement requirements (Public Law 117-171)
ii) Reese’s Law Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) on labelling of consumer product button cell or coin batteries”
I submitted six pictures of product packaging, including product name, model, manufacturer information, orange warning label, compliance code, etc.
Most of the products in my shop have button cell, and all of them have been tested by GCC. At the same time, I received a template rejection from the same auditor.
At first, I said that the picture file was missing. I just uploaded a new file this afternoon, and I immediately received the rejection from this auditor, which was regarded as a second rejection. I don't think he read the document at all, so he refused directly.
Would appreciate your inputs and assistance please. Thank you.
