Anyone else experiencing delays with LTL inbound shipments into BHX4?
Hi,
I'm having some delays with an inbound LTL shipment using RXO to BHX4 this month. Our shipment was marked as delivered by RXO on 21st July, but Amazon have not yet marked our shipment as delivered or began checking in. Our listings are now out of stock and it is costing our business. Tried to contact Amazon support but we have been told to keep waiting, even though we are now losing revenue.
Our shipment ID is FBA15KKP1VQ2 if anyone could look into this, please?
