Account shadowbanned ?
hello,
recently I have seen my Amazon sales drop heavily, I was doing £1500 sales a day around and all of a sudden there was a drop, from £1500 to £500 to £200 and now less than £100, my stock is all good with decent levels, account health is good, IPI is good, talked to account specialist and he said my account is healthy. Check all metrics and everything seems good but I don’t even win the BB anymore or get sales, only 2-4 a day now, any idea what it could be, maybe I’m shadowbanned?

It is possible you have lost your buy box for all your products. There is "Mega Thread" on here where posters who have lost their buy box can post for a Mod to look at getting it restored.
You need to check your listings to see if you have the buy box on any of them and if you don't post in the "Mega Thread"
Other reasons for slow sales could be seasonal, it has been much quieter in the last week due to Easter. Some people are also cutting back on purchases due to the worsening economic climate.

Our sales have plummeted also. We do still have the buy box however. Our impressions are higher than ever but no one is buying. Never known anything like this since we started selling on amazon. We are doing 40% of what we consistently normally sell on amazon over the past years. If our impressions are higher than they have ever been why are people not buying or adding to basket? Its like the ability to sell is blocked. Very odd. Shadowbanned like you say? I dont know?
