I did A-Z search under K there is key ring and key tags different codes but can describe keyrings under both.

Email enquiriesclassification@hmrc.gov.uk with a link to the product listing page on Amazon and include in your email what material (e.g. aluminium) the item is made of.
They’ll normally reply to you in a couple of days advising you exactly the customs code you should be using.
