Hello All,

I am currently passing my seller account verification, verification team asking me to provide certified bank letter for primary contact person, I've uploaded Monzo, Wise, and Lloyds banks letters but they were not accepted by Amazon stating they are not acceptable types, I do have my personal accounts in three different physical banks, i've contacted all 3 bank's branches and 2 of them said that kind of letter does not exists, They can only provide standard system generated bank statement named "Letter for confirmation of bank details" and it will have mono gram on it but no stamped.

One bank named Halifax has provided letter under criteria of Amazon (signed stamped and dated within 180 days) but its was refused by Amazon too and Amazon has asked me to do not provide the same document again.

Can someone please help me?
