Changing business location when incorporating a business
Can anyone from Amazon help with changing the account Business Location?
Situation:
I've operated from my home country, on my own name, without a company until now.
Now I've incorporated (for legal and tax reasons) and would like to change the business location and operate the Amazon Seller Central account as a business, not on my name.
How can I achieve that?

We have done this, there is a very specific order it must be done.
Before you change anything on Amazon you must have all other paperwork IN HAND.
That means you will need the new business entity information on the bank statements, CC statements, business insurance, Business license, Sales Tax Certificate and letter of incorperation with you as the registered agent.
Once you have all that IN HAND, literally. Just in case you need to upload it.
Then you can change the data on the Amazon purchasing account, NOT SELLER CENTRAL. The new info needs to be changed on the account you buy on Amazon first. Then wait 2 days for it to ensure that new data has applied.
Next you can go in and change the data in Seller Central. This is fairly straight forward as all the data fields are in the settings>account info dropdown
