EPR France Amazon paying despite being registered with LEKO
Hi guys,
I registered with Leko in France for EPR 2 years ago and have been paying them yearly. I uploaded all of their info to seller central.
Today I received an email that Amazon will be paying my EPR in France and billing me?
I tried to contact SS but they told me the EPR team are uncontactable and cannot receive inbound contact, of course.
This happen to anyone else?

This is also happening to us too, did you manage to hear back and find a solution?
We are registered with AVASK / and LEKO, and have paid eco contributions for 2022, but Amazon email us telling us that they will be collecting auto enrolment fees on our behalf. I have opened a few cases about this and seller support don't have a clue about it and cannot assist.
We are discussing this with our legal team presently.
