Whistl is now available as an integrated carrier for Merchant-Fulfilled shipments
Effective February 3, 2022, if you are using Whistl for your Merchant-Fulfilled orders, you must provide valid tracking IDs by selecting ‘Whistl’ from the drop down on the shipment confirm page on Seller Central.
Whistl has been added to the list of Amazon-integrated carriers effective February 3, 2022. With this integration, we are improving the customer’s ability to track their packages and help you reduce buyer contacts, order defects, lost order costs, and protect you from A-to-z Guarantee claims.
To give you time to adjust to this change, we have included a 2-month grace period, from February 3, 2022, to April 3, 2022. During this grace period, you can select Whistl to add tracking information. However, it will not impact VTR rate or program eligibility.

Hi, Does this include their “insight” service which only tracks the parcels up to being handed over to Royal Mail? Insight does not track to the door.
