Edit Listing - Broken - Can't save changes due to the Recommended Retail Price field being bugged.

I am completely at my wit's end 4 of my products have a bug that prevents them from being edited.

The recommended retail price field will not accept any value at all as correct. This means the save option will not function.

See attached image.

I have asked half a dozen times for help and every time I get the same generic response telling me to create an inventory file from an .xlsx template.

This is practically impossible for me, and the template file doesn't even have an RRP field to edit????

This is complete madness, please some one, somewhere tell me there is a solution to this?

12 views over 3 days, this community is so diminished. I wonder if any of those 12 were Amazon?

How about Amazon take a second to address this obvious bug in their system?

Type the number without the decimal place. In Seller help it says do not use separaters.

So enter 1299 instead of 12.99
