Agency - Cannot Select Account After Login- Select An Account Not working
We are an agency with a login error. After logging in we can select an account, but the desired marketplace (country list) does not appear and we cannot physically access any account except for the last accessed prior to the error. We have about 3 dozen seller accounts under management which we cannot access as a result of this technical issue.

I had the same issue. Make sure you go back and CLEAR ALL CACHE! I had same issue for every browser also until I did a full Data Cookie Clean up. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your post. I would loop in the original account owner and have them contact Amazon to get their permissions or account information back up in order to log in. If you have user permissions have you tried to recover the account or use an authenticator application?
What is the issue or error stating on the screen?
