Account Owner No Longer Employed at Company
Hello,
I am in need of assistance, the individual who was the account owner for our company was let go last week. We have access to their email and were able to reset their password but the system is still sending a code to the individuals phone for login confirmation. Additionally I tried to open a support case using my own login and the account owner had the permissions locked down so that they are the only ones able to submit a ticket for assistance. Is anyone aware of a phone number I can call for support or another way to change the account owner. They also had everything locked down to a point that we are unable to add new products or really use our account without getting access to their login or getting the owner changed.
