Account Deactivated for Potentially Inauthentic Items – INSANE!!
Hi Amazon Community and Moderators,
Our Amazon.co.uk selling account was recently deactivated for potentially inauthentic items involving five ASINs.
We submitted sourcing documentation for the products, including supplier invoices, proof of payment, proof of delivery, and a Letter of Authorization for products supplied by the relevant brand owner.
Amazon subsequently requested additional information regarding the Letter of Authorization, specifically stating that the letter needed to be verifiable, issued directly by the manufacturer or brand owner, provided in a non-editable format, and contain the exact business name and address registered on our Seller Central account.
We have now addressed each of these points and submitted a new appeal with comprehensive supporting documentation.
Our resubmission includes:
-A newly issued and signed Letter of Authorization in non-editable PDF format, issued directly by the brand owner
-The exact legal business name and address registered on our Amazon selling account
-Supplier invoices covering the products and quantities under review
-Corresponding proof of payment
-Proof of delivery and tracking information
-Complete sourcing documentation for the other products identified in the review
-Supporting Amazon Transparency documentation and unique Transparency codes provided to us directly by the brand owner/supplier for the genuine inventory supplied
The products covered by the Transparency documentation were sourced directly from the brand owner, and the unique Transparency codes were provided to us as the authorized reseller for the corresponding genuine units.
All inventory associated with our submission is genuine, and we are able to provide further supply-chain or supplier verification if required.
We have now submitted the corrected documentation through the Account Health appeal process and would greatly appreciate it if an Amazon moderator could review the situation and advise whether there is anything further required from our side to complete the verification and reactivate the account.
Thank you for your assistance.

Amazon just went ahead to reject our resubmission again given the exact same automated reasons this is ridiculous. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
I provided invoices and Bank Statements, Proof of Delivery, Letter Of Authorisation and also Transparency Codes issued to me by the supplier yet Amazon still rejecting my appeal..
Just Brutal!

Do the Barcodes match the ones on GS1 - as Amazon seem to be so concerned about if the Barcode on the box matches the number and details on the listing.
They somehow wrongly think, it is a fake item, if the Barcode is different, or GS1 shows slightly different details.

The barcode matches exactly the item on GS1 database also the product has the transparency code on the same label

Good luck with this!! My account was deactivated in December, I submitted all required documentation!! Multiple times, I appealed many times, I was told the invoices I was producing were "fake", when they were not. I submitted invoices, bank statement, proof of postage, copies of retailer accounts showing products brought, but they would not accept the product was not fake. I stacked my shop up, just before Xmas in time for the Xmas shopping. It is still not resolved!! I am now trying to get all my products back to close the shop down, but it's proving very difficult. It is absolutely disgraceful. I set my shop up because I have cancer and couldn't work at my usual employment, but this honestly has caused me so much stress, I wish I had not bothered. Good luck !!
