UPS Ground and Fedex Ground do not guarantee 2-day delivery. Yet amazon wants sellers to guarantee that.

Amazon wants sellers to guarantee 2-day delivery for regional prime orders. However, both Fedex and UPS say that they do not make such guarantee for ground service. Since amazon penalizes sellers when Fedex or UPS does not deliver on time, would that be considered "unfair business practice" in legal terms? I am not a legal professional... What do you guys think?

Hello @Seller_LUympKUj4lwtr

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

Thank you for the feedback.

I do recommend you to use Amazon's integrated carriers when possible, in order to improve your Valid Tracking Rate in order to be covered, Amazon Buy Shipping shipments qualify for A-to-z and SAFE-T claims protections against "Package didn’t arrive" claims

Hope you have a great day!
