First get a Letter of Authorization from Nike and set up your deal with them. Nike does not want just anybody to sell their product.
Amazon will "let" you get ungated for Nike, they then collect their fees from you for a couple of months. Then the bot gets to you and you get deactivated unless you can provide that Letter and invoices showing your purchase of Nike's product from a legititmate distributor. If you have sent product to Amazon's warehouse for FBA, they then seize it and any funds you may have with them.
If you cannot get a Letter of Authorization from Nike (or any other brand you may hope to sell), you open an Amazon account at risk to your money.

To get approval to sell Nike, you be one of the roughly 40 very large retailers that Nike has stated that they will work with. So, you be Richard's Sporting Goods or Macy's or something similar.
Of course, even then, your permission to sell Nike does not extend to allowing you to sell it on Amazon. Nike does not allow sales on 3P sites. If you even attempt to sell Nike here, the likely result is that your account will be suspended, your funds and any inventory in FBA will be seized, and you will never be allowed to sell on Amazon again.
