Need help for Virtual Identity Verification link and Reactive Seller Account
Hello guys,
I am typing up here to see if anyone could help me out from such frustrating situation. My seller account was suddenly put deactivated, yet no response from Amazon on emails for weeks.
The seller account was deactivated by Amazon on 22nd May 2025. All requested material were provided by 23rd May,2025. And, submitted supportive material within a day or two.
However, the seller account is still unable to be granted active.
On 5th June, an email from Amazon providing a Virtual Verification online. The link is however not working. I then emailed for assistance for a few times, yet no one is replying.
Email sent to: (seller-reactivation-appeals@amazon.co.uk)
Email sent on: 11th , 12th , 19th , 24th of June and 3rd July.
At the same time, my items are going to be removed from Amazon warehouse in 30 days from 21st June.
I am wondering if there could be any methods to reach Amazon representative more effectively than method mentioned above.

Have you done EVERYTHING they have asked for in all those emails, and contacted the email addresses they have given. Unless there is anyone on here that has been through the same, then no-one here will be able to help you - all needs to be done via the emails they have sent you.
