How to enter transparency codes when buying shiping in bulk
For FBM orders, when I buy a single shipping label from Amazon, there is an option to enter the transparency code but when I buy shipping in bulk, there is no such option. How do we enter the transparency codes for all items when we buy shipping in bulk from amazon.

it is not possible as far as we know.
transparency is not compatible with bulk-buy shipping
and also it is not compatible with Amazon Shipping's shipping program
the only way to do it is to build a spreadsheet and do a bulk upload afterwards to set the individual transparency codes to an order.
we had a different issue with transparency where seller performance told us none of the 48 codes uploaded on a particular product were valid - (their error not ours) luckily we had photographed every single order and transparency code so we could prove it was all correct. We think they had somehow not tied the codes to the asin to the brand even though the labels showed all the correct details.
No one at Amazon has ever explained why/how transparency is actually supposed to be managed by sellers who need/want to send more than one order at a time!

Currently, there isn't an option to enter transparency codes when buying shipping in bulk. You'll need to either:
- Buy shipping labels individually to enter transparency codes at purchase, or
- Use a Shipping Confirmation file to upload the transparency codes separately after purchasing bulk shipping labels
For the second option, you can:
- Go to Orders > Upload Order Related Files
- Download the Shipping Confirmation template
- Fill in your transparency codes
- Upload the completed file
