Small Business Badge

Hello,

We are trying to get the "Small Business" badge on Amazon. Based on the requirements stated here, we are eligible.

I tried reaching out to seller support, to ask about it. They are not helping on our case. Based on the FAQ the eligible business will automatically have the badge, and when I asked if they can check our eligibility or maybe do it in the back end, they said it's not possible.

In the FAQ, it also says I can check in Seller Central > Manage your business qualification page, but I don't see that anywhere on Seller Central.

Does anyone have a similar case? Appreciate any advice.
