Customer refund applied without evidence, what can i do

i have a order that has had a refund applied, i only noticed by chance as was going through my list or shipped items. the item has been delivered.

i have no message or reason from the buyer of why a refund is requested, nor have i had a return of the product, they basically took my order for free....what can i do to get to the bottom of this. it seems wrong amazon do this without telling sellers.

im happy to refund if a reason is provided and proven. is there a way to dispute this i cant see anything i can click to ask amazon to investigate or provide more info
