Sell from UK to Ireland and make customer responsible for duty and VAT
I am starting the process of selling from the UK to Republic of Ireland and I would like the set up so that the Irish customer pays me for the goods, carriage to Ireland and Insurance and then is responsible for paying the Irish VAT and any customs duty themselves. Has anyone achieved this as I do not want to be registered for VAT in every EU country or indeed sign up to the IOSS scheme. Currently, my set up looks like it will take the UK products I have remove the UK VAT rate then before listing in Ireland apply a Euro Exchange Rate and then an Irish VAT rate.

Hello Sunset,
The easiest way to do this is to use remote fulfillment via amazond FBA scheme.
Remote Fulfillment allows you to sell across the UK-EU customs border without having to store inventory in the destination marketplace or register for VAT there. You simply send your FBA inventory to your local fulfillment centers, and Amazon will be responsible for collecting and remitting VAT when handling cross-border orders on your behalf.

If you are fulfilling orders yourself, this is not possible, I'm afraid. On Amazon, the seller must pay for everything and your selling price must reflect this.
