Please HELP - customer service has stopped responding to my case
Can anyone help!
I raised a case log as there was a listing problem with one of my inventory items.
I have resolved / changed the inventory item but Amazon have stopped responding and I have not have any response since 19/08 is this normal for amazon customer service?
In their last response I was asked to edit / amend my item but Amazon have locked it so I cannot get any access to edit the item, it is marked as Active but it is not active.
I have tried to relist it with a different bar code number but this has been locked by Amazon as well.
On the case log there is a tab for email and phone. The phone tab is not working.
Can anyone help? Case ID is 4619202442 inventory item is B075RM4CD6
I have been a seller for 12 months now my other items are all ok but i am feeling totally disappointed with the seller “support” it is just appalling.

I’m sorry, but the ASIN doesn’t even show on Google. Could you post here at least the product title and main image to see, what is wrong with it?
Listings are usually removed from the search because they don’t comply with one of the Amazon policies, most frequently it has something to do with compatibility and usage of trademarked brand names.

The item is a fly tying materials kit for making fly fishing lures, one item in the kit was rabbit fur. Amazon advised that this was not allowed to be sold on Amazon, although really annoyingly there are sellers selling this (20 plus items listed) as a separate item quite openly on Amazon but I am not allowed to sell this one item in a kit of items! All the other items do comply and as instructed I removed the item.
I own the brand and the whole kit is my sole design.
On relisting the inventory item again minus the fur it immediately locks up with the description not displayed the carriage is not displayed and it just cannot be opened / edited at all. Marked as active but it is not active.
This is where i now am, raised this with Amazon on the 9th September last response from Amazon was on the 19th Sept i have since sent several prompts for response but i am not getting any replys at all.
No issues at all with other my other inventory items.
Meanwhile i have several pallets of stock i should be selling, there should be a way to raise an issue / complaint against seller services.
