What is the best way to pay DE VAT payment from UK

My first VAT payment for DE is due and it is only €4.47.

What is the best and cheap way to make the payment from UK?

You should bring your income from Germany into a EUR account directly, and then pay your VAT out from there so you minimise your forex losses.

Something like Transferwise, with the purchase of SEPA account details for a EUR account (i.e. with an IBAN Amazon can remit towards).
