been charged £30 per month on business when i havent even created any product listings or done brand registry etc

Hi amazon

please help,

I have recently had my account verified, unfortuantely, I have checked my HSBC account and saw that you guys are charging £30 now, when I have not even activated my product listings or inserted any product inventory,

I am unable to contact seller support because it seems amazon have removed the contact seller support case option - leaving you with a automated option to learn selling only.

where can I remove my £30 charge ? and how?

please remove this charge.

This is NOT Amazon, but a forum of other sellers, and no-one here can remove the fee.- you need to follow below instructions.

When you clicked on the orange 'Sign-up' button on the first page, you were opting for the professional selling plan which is £30 a month (most people do not read the small print !!). The option to choose the individual plan does not appear until you scroll down quite a bit ! (the individual plan incurs an additional 90p fee per sale, rather than a monthly fee).

To downgrade the selling plan you need to go to cog wheel, top right, account info - Manage your services, sell on Amazon - same again and then click on the 'Individual' button rather than professional. You will not be charged again.

You then need to open a case with Seller Support (Help) and request a refund of unused fee.
