Brand Owner / FBA No Buybox Box in The Product
We are the brand owners of our product and use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) in the UK. Despite this, the Buy Box is currently inactive for our product. When we reached out to support, they informed us that our product hasn't won the Buy Box, which seems impossible given that we are using FBA and are the brand owners.
Our product is already being sold in the US, and we have recently created a new ASIN listing for it in the UK. Could you help us understand why the Buy Box is not being awarded to our listing?
