Fulfillment Center TMB8 Delays
I have 2 shipments that were delivered and checked in to TMB8 almost a month ago and there is some major issues going on.
1 shipment had all units moved to WHSEtransfers on Aug 16 but its not showing in mange inventory under fc transfers and there is no update since then. (the shipment is already closed with no discrepancies)
The other shipment they received double the quantity i sent.....
and it in fc transfers.
something is very wrong with TMB8

Were you able to get a resolution to that issue, or is it still ongoing? If it still ongoing, can you share a Case ID or Shipment IDs so I can review the details?

Just got an update that my already delivered shipment has an expected processing date of December 5th!!!!!!! Package was delivered on October 11th! Is this a joke? Two months to process a package that’s at the facility. Amazon is a joke for allowing packages to be sent knowing delays would be inevitable
