Hi All,

I have shipped 3 variants of my existing product and created variant listings as well. Upon shipment receiving Amazon activated my 2 variants listing but sideline one of my variant and also deactivated that variant listing with OOS label. When i open case with Amazon they reply below.

“To help you with this, we have reached our FC team and as per their update these units are under FC Processing. These units have been sidelined at the fulfilment center for additional processing, such as transshipment, verification of item dimensions and weight, or pending investigations.
When inventory is being processed for transfer to another fulfillment center, those units might show up under both FC transfer and FC processing for a short amount of time. As these have been sidelined at our warehouse, please note that we cannot move these units to sellable.”

I have following questions.

1. Why they have sideline one of my variants when it only color difference from other variants
2. How long they will take to verify my products and make it available for FBA
3. Can i send new inventory of same SKU so that i can sell that item instead of sitting OOS till the time they complete their investigation. Will they allow / accept new inventory for FBA and selling.
