Contacting seller support: INFURIATING
I need to contact seller support about an issue. I click on ‘help’ and get sent to an utterly useless help suggestion page. I click on ‘get support’ and I am directed to the same page. I click ‘contact us’ and two clicks later, low and behold, I find myself at the irrelevant suggestions page once more.
I have read several threads about this issue in forums here and every suggestion (thank you, seller community) is either no longer working or viable. E.g. some people have said there is a contact support link directly at ‘the bottom of this page’ - if it is, then I can’t see it! I have also tried going through my previous correspondence with seller support but
It’s like Amazon don’t want sellers contacting them to resolve issues.
So I turn to you! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It sounds like you are searching from the main website, rather than from seller central.
If you just click on the link for help at the top of the page in seller central, it will take you there.
I actually don’t know how buyers manage to contact support as it’s so confusing as to be unbelievable.

Seller Central > Help (might need to click twice) > Contact us > Selling on Amazon > (type anything into the box) Get help > Then from the left hand menu choose the right option.

Yes I’ve had that. It seems to be a growing trend and not just on Amazon.
The ones that really get up my nose are those phone ‘support’ lines, where they waste five minutes going through a load of useless information and telling you go to their website… Then you stay on the line and have to go through the options menu twice because none of the options fit your situation… Then you choose an option and possibly several more… Then they tell you some recorded information that isn’t what you wanted… Then they thank you for your call and cut you off.
Then you have ring them back and start the whole thing all over again and try and guess which option you think might lead to actually speaking with a human being.
And all the time YOUR paying for the calls!
