received a call from amazon support team from York England on 01904211346. They knew my name and business name, email which they also sent a welcome email saying they are seller account manager and if I need any support to reach out to him. Email has verified blue logo that they are from Amazon. As I'm new to this platform, fake or legit guys?

You are right to be cautious.
There are no account managers on Amazon, unless you are a big player.
These guys, assuming they are from Amazon, are just sales people and they just want you to sign up to very expensive schemes that make Amazon richer.
Listen to what they say but be careful.
Not sure about the blue tick. Have only seen this on Twitter and even those you can just buy.

It is legitimate. I had a call from that number last week trying to make me sign up for customer service by Amazon.
I would though be cautious as they probably want you to sign up to something which could cost you money.
