Surely if they cannot give you a verification interview by their deadline, then it is their problem, not yours.

I had exactly same email, did my video call on Fri and was sorted a few mins later. There was nowhere in the process to book an appointment, you click on the verification link in the email, upload your documents then wait on the upload screen for the vdeo call to be connected, a black rectangle will appear with a countdown below it (about 30 mins, it gives you an estimated countdown but that reset to 20 mins a few times for me). Make sure you have a hard copy of all documents & ID to hand as you will be required to hold them up to the camera. Theyll ask a few questions about your busness (when you joined Amazon, do you have any other accounts, what type of business, how many people associated with your account) ask you to hold up ID and bank statement with correct address on it. They may vary the questions a bit but as long as youve checked your documents first ( names and addresses match up with Amazon records) should go fine. Takes about 5 mins and my account was unfrozen a few mins after call ended

Hello @Seller_EEsC3TXT2hJlF, I apologize for the delayed response. Have you completed the virtual video call successfully?
