Hi all,

Someone is trying to hijack my listing, im not brand registered but I have a trademark license and I have provided the GS1 barcode license but Amazon are requesting me to give them a picture of the product with ean number which im happy to do but don't understand why as its just my product and the barcode.

Last time this happened, I e-mailed the MD office and they sorted it straight away but this time they are requesting the above. Does anyone have any experience in this?
