Account Deactivation Because of Address Proof
Hello, we established a 3-partner LLC company in the USA to sell products on Amazon Handmade. However, we founded this company on a virtual address we received from a mail forwarding company (a company that accepts incoming mail and can re-mail it to us). Our main physical company address is in Turkey. We opened our Amazon North America accounts with this company and had no problems. Later, when we wanted to activate the European accounts, Amazon UK asked us for a utility bill for address proof and our UK account was deactivated. Later, the USA account was related to the UK account and deactivated. They said that we had to reactivate the UK account before we could reactivate our USA account. However, since the company address is a virtual address in the USA, we cannot receive utility bills. In this case, can we reactivate our account with the utility bill in Turkey, which is our main physical address? Or is there a different solution?

it’s the address of the any beneficial owners they are looking for proof of, not the business address.
You would need to supply utility bills for your personal residential addresses of the primary contact and normally any beneficial owners.
