VTR for Large Letter Clarification Please
Hi
Can somebody please advise again on using RM Large Letter (up to 100gm) using RM C&D v Amazon Buy Shipping
I have read through the many discussions and I had got the impression that it was OK to use RM C&D for Large Letters (up to 100gm) and even though it has a negative impact on my VTR this would not be a problem behind the scenes for Amazon
If I use RM C&D for Large Letters, a tracking number is generated and is shown on Amazon (I do appreciate that it relies on a scan on delivery)
If I use Amazon Buy Shipping for Large Letters there is no tracking number shown against the order on Amazon
The cost of using Amazon Buy Shipping for Large Letters (up to 100gm) is significantly higher than using my RM C&D rate and I obviously want to keep costs as low as possible
Ideally, I want to use RM C&D for all my Amazon Orders for price, invoicing and consistency
Thank you, Alison

For Large Letters with a delivery confirmation number, you can get them from anywhere so long as the tracking information is added to Amazon correctly, which Click and Drop can be set to do automatically.
Your VTR will be determined by whether or not it gets a delivery scan, but even if it's below 95%, that's fine. Amazon verify the tracking numbers are legit behind the scenes and you won't have your categories suspended. You will still get the notifications that your VTR is below 95% but Amazon's instructions are to ignore those emails so long as you're following policy.

royalmail letter first second class large or small do not have a trucking number only reference number which is on top of bar code of postage label , you can check on royal mail trucking but it should said only deliver does not truck item. unfortunatly royal mail does not scan item deliver even is deliver customers get item but becouse there is not link with amazon delivery system and royalmail amazon mark items as not deliver or late, customers do claim for item not deliver or late making us loose money . manny customers do tell us they got itembut amazon market as not deliver or late. can amzon have a chat with royal mail to mark items as deliver.

Hello @Seller_RTJNdLRVf9Zbe, I´m confirming that cross-border shipments below £20 are exempted from VTR calculations, provided they're sent using a letter method. This includes large letter with Royal Mail. You'll need to use a tracked shipping method for shipments over £20, unless you use untracked Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Letter stamps and franking purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping (at no extra cost).
Has this clarified your questions?
