B2B Sales

I do not want to offer business buyers 30 day payment terms. On the advice provided by Amazon I turned off the Amazon Business Seller option 10 days ago. Yesterday and again this morning I have had orders from business buyers the funds from which are not available for 30 days. Life here is tough enough without giving 30 day terms.

I have spoken to Amazon this morning but in truth that did not help

Can anyone please tell me how to turn this option off?

Thanks

quite simply- you can’t turn it off. It’s compulsory for all Amazon sellers to accept this.

I find sometimes that customers put things in their basket and leave them there for days, then they eventually process the order. This order is then regarded as the date they put it into the basket and payments are processed accordingly.

You're obviously entitled to your opinion but this is not correct.
