I want my Products in Amazon warehouse

Hello friends, Amazon deactivated my account 2 months ago and they informed me that it was because of fake books. 2 months have passed and they sent me a message today. They asked for a document proving that I purchased my 400 books that are currently in the Amazon warehouse, but I purchased those books from second-hand stores. Unless I send an invoice, they do not return my books to me and do not give me my money. What should I do?

"Unless I send an invoice, they do not return my books to me and do not give me my money. What should I do?"

Have your accountant take it as a tax loss. Books USED to be good items for Amazon a couple decades ago.

Just another risk of selling FBA when Amazon moves the goal posts for both new and used.

There have been DOZENS of posts about the issues faced by book sellers on Amazon in the past year or so -- gating of publishers brands, whitelisting for BOTH new and used, IP complaints, HIGH PRICE errors, and more.

Amazon is no longer a good (it's barely viable) location for selling books and it is downright toxic for textbooks!

Sell elsewhere. You can scan the posts for all the suggestions, but eBay seems to be getting a lot of sellers from here!

Hi @Seller_RRnYnrYNJu9Qx, Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation will have detailed information for you. I would suggest that you go ahead and submit whatever documentation or receipts that you may have for these books. Please let me know if you would like me to review your case.
