All accounts deactivated for having "multiple" seller accounts
I sell in the US. About 10 days ago I came across what I thought was the seller central login. Instead, it was the seller central login for the UAE. It let me login. Now all the sudden I have a UAE selling account. It gets deactivated automatically and tells me to submit an appeal where it starts requesting documents. I ignore it since I never had any intention on selling in that market. So I just left it deactivated since I didn’t care about it. Now, 10 days later, the UAE account is suspended and that resulted in my US and Canada account getting deactivated. I’m really not sure what to do! I don’t think you can close a deactivated seller account.

I understand you have had your US marketplace account deactivated due to the deactivation of your UAE account.
For the UAE account, this deactivation is typical due to the global seller identity verification process used to verify the information provided during registration of the account. You will need to submit the requested documentation and reactivate that account in order to reactivate your US marketplace account.
This is due to the terms set in the Seller Code of Conduct and Multiple Account policy. All sellers are expected to only maintain on account unless there is a legitimate business need to have multiple accounts. Even when permitted to have multiple accounts, this policy states all accounts must remain in good, active standing at all times or all associated accounts will be deactivated.
This also extends to multiple marketplaces. If one marketplace is deactivated, all associated marketplaces will also be deactivated. You must provide the requested documentation located in the performance notification on the impacted account.
