Same seller selling the same product at different prices both Prime

On the ASIN B00EDLEGYS one seller is selling the same product for two different prices £128.03 and £127.72. They are both on prime but one is sent from amazon and the other the sellers store. I am trying to sell this product myself and my featured offer is only picking up the higher offer on featured offer. I don't understand why he is allowed to do this and why my featured offer is not picking up on this other offer. It's not listed as used or anything.

I was wondering if this is common or if this is against amazon rules or something.

There is nothing wrong with offering an item both FBA and FBM using different SKU's in fact it' a good failsafe to keep sales going if one or other stock pile gets low and the FBA keeps sales going if you go on holiday. If the seller fits the criteria for prime on both listings they get the badge on both. That option would be open to you too.

I know nothing about radio devices but given the price point I would guess this product is aimed at professional rather than personal use. Viewing the ASIN on Amazon Business at time of writing I can see your offer at £120 total but no downloadable VAT invoice available while your competitor is at £106.17 plus VAT (total £127.40) with downloadable VAT invoice which is why they have the buy box. Not offering ex vat pricing is probably your issue.

Agreed, this is what I do for many of my lines. However, I didn't realise that you can have FBA at the same time as SFP. Is that possible?

As per Peer sellers mentioned, it is not against Amazon policy to sell same product FBA and SPF (FBM).

Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.
