1 Star Rating without Review/Comment
Hi,
I'd like to know Amazon's policy about the 1-star rating from our product when a customer doesn't explain why he/she submitted a poor rating for no apparent reason i.e. a negative rating without leaving a review/comment. This would also not provide us with any information on how we might assist the customer if they were experiencing problems with our product.
Is there a way we can remove this rating based on the fact that it lacks information about the item?

Thank you for your post, as I understand feedback is quite an important component of your selling on Amazon. The overall star rating includes feedback from customers who simply rated the product (one-tap reviews) as well as the traditional reviews with text, images or video. Only reviews with text, images and video are displayed in the Customer Reviews section of a product.
Amazon may remove ratings or reviews review that violate Feedback guidelines but again, rating products without leaving a comment is allowed.
