Inventory Ledger returns incorrect data ?

Hope one of you can help me to clarify my situation.

I have previously activated storage in multiple countries for my pan eu inventory.

And break down of the items stored in each country is available for review in Inventory ledger report.

I am trying to remove inventory stored in one of the countries which I have already done successfully a while ago.

However now all my removal requests are being cancelled. And after requesting a reason for cancellation from support I get information that the inventory requested for removal is not present in the said warehouse.

It’s been over 3 weeks that I am waiting for clarification and explanation of either why inventory ledger returns incorrect data or why these removal orders are being cancelled since it’s going to be one of the cases.

But all I get is that my issue is being researched.

Pls review and help to resolve my problem.
